Colleen Lowry is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, Assisted Living Manager, and Senior Living Advisor. Her mission is to help families be prepared if a dementia diagnosis comes into their lives and ensure a smooth transition if living at home is no longer safe for their loved one.
